New Jersey Geospatial Forum (NJGF) Municipal Users Group Meeting Summary
The Municipal Users Group of the New Jersey Geospatial Forum convened a meeting on October 2, 2008 at the Bernards Township Municipal Building. 19 people attended this meeting. This was to bring together various municipal users so as to share information and to develop ways to bring relevant issues to light. As part of this initial effort, several municipal representatives presented brief reviews of their particular uses of GIS. From my perspective, here are summaries of those presentations.

Lakewood MUA selects ENTCHEV
[February 10, 2010] The Lakewood Township MUA has selected ENTCHEV GIS Architects to develop a GIS master plan and oversee the GIS implementation at the Authority.
Directions Magazine Publishes Entchev Article
[January 7, 2010] The premier English language GIS publication, Directions Magazine, published Atanas Entchev's article on GIS architecture. Many GIS industry veterans voiced their support for Entchev's position in their comments. Join the online discussion.
Woodbridge Township retains ENTCHEV
ENTCHEV GIS Architects has been retained by Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, to assist with the assembly of an enterprise geodatabase for the Township. ENTCHEV will provide assistance with geodatabase design, data conversion, and staff training.
Fairmount Park Selects ENTCHEV
ENTCHEV has been awarded a GIS implementation assistance contract by Fairmount Park, Philadelphia's Park System. ENTCHEV will assist Fairmount Park with GIS needs assessment, GIS planning, GIS database design, and GIS implementation.
New Website Launched
Our web development team has launched several new websites.
NJFindARide.org is a web transportation portal developed for the New Jersey State Department of Human Services (DHS). The web portal helps address the transportation needs of people with disabilities.
